We spend a lot of time figuring out what our message is, how to articulate it and to whom. But we often overlook one of the most important pieces - how to build trust with your audience and gain that buy-in (and fast and effectively). We can ask questions to engage, hit on pain points, but you also must truly connect with your audience as a human, not just a business or marketing strategy. Drop biz jargon, use stories, show up authentic, and be a little vulnerable. That is that fastest way to move your vision forward.

The strategic vision is a broad picture of those attainable goals and methods for achieving those goals. As a senior Thought Leader, the main idea in crafting a strategic vision is to create a strategic vision that not only will guide decision-making and resource allocation but also inspires and mobilizes the entire organization towards a common purpose and will drive sustainable growth and success in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. It is important to note that Rome was not built in a day. Likewise, your vision needs to be a dynamic one which evolves continuously. It should be robust without any drastic changes but should be time oriented and keeping up with the evolving society. As a senior thought leader, your vision can be person but only to a certain extent. There is no ideal formula for vision, but it should encompass everyone in your organisation at the primary, secondary and tertiary levels.
