You’ll need to consider: what is going to give each customer type the fastest journey time, with the least amount of effort and the highest degree of reliability and then work back from that.

Understand which platform suits your content better - yes, you will have to study TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, etc. ? Plan your content!!! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT create content out of the blue every day. Think about your content in advance, and start your week knowing how many content pieces you need to produce that week. If you're producing content day by day waiting for the next trend, there are chances you'll have creativity burnout. PLAN!

It also helps you stay organized. I love creating content calendars on Notion, as it also helps me set reminders so I’m constantly up to date.

I also jot down ideas or concepts that I later reflect on personally, and from there, I create "personal" content Afterward, I condense the text to its essentials and play with the formatting to make it more reader-friendly—short paragraphs, various fonts, bullet points, etc...

Actually I disagree with the approach of ''Content distribution'' because I think it is misleading and it could lead to a not effective strategy execution . I would rather follow the approach ''Orchestrating the content'' that implies a well taught and coherent usage of content across different channels. Every single content then becomes a piece of our storytelling contributing to the delivery of our companies and brands key messages. I also wouldn't focus on achieving the highest volume of traffic but I would rather look for reaching the most relevant users for our business. Quality over quantity it's vital for maximising the ROI of our marketing investment and for bringing value to our customers instead of spam.

I recommend for larger businesses to hire a supervisor not only for content check, but also for monitoring the working process and helping the stuff with any issues or problems about the new content, social media and so on. I believe content is the most important part of digital marketing and it should be taken seriously.
