Another tool I like to use aside from the roadmap (which is a necessity, really) is an evidence board. Like a detective, you add nodes (stickies); insights, or questions, from both primary and secondary research, from brainstorm, etc. and connect them. This creates an expanding map of knowledge and actions. It lets us know "here's where we are currently in our research", "here's what we would like to know", great for onboarding new members. Obviously you won't normally present it to non-research stakeholders, the board can get pretty big, but I like to keep it available for consultation to all the team. So an evidence board is, I find, easier to create than Personae, works well with iterative, and frankly, just very fun!

Yet another strange section contradicting the article title. Are we talking about coordinating with other researchers within the same project, or not? The only situation here is "It can be within your organization". This applies to either large companies who employ a lot of researchers and have a Research department, formally or informally, or it applies to agencies with research as one of the services, or the main service. Acting together can help new researchers integrate, defend the value of your work, and exchange ideas in times of need. You don't necessarily need to have a "community". What's more important is to have a good communication channel. Slack, Discord, or even a bulletin board.
