This Schedule may create on your organization tools or available software either SAP, CMMS or MS Excel etc. It is best, if any Engineer particularly assign for Preventive Maintenance scheduling / execution and check sheet/checklist completion with assigning the competence resources as per their available expertise and skill.

El equipo y las partes interesadas, más que comunicado del programa de mantenimiento preventivo, debe ser partícipe del mismo. Si bien es cierto, la frecuencia del mantenimiento de los equipos no puede limitarse a una operación, son más los beneficios que ambas partes pueden obtener de interactuar en el programa y conocer sus avances. Así mismo, lo complejo o extenso de las actividades incide sobre la frecuencia en la cual se comunica, por ejemplo ; las tareas de rutina se comunican en reuniones semanales frecuentes y las paradas de mantenimiento en reuniones más extensas con una frecuencia mayor. Otros medios para comunicar cómo: cierre de paradas, lecciones aprendidas , feedback de órdenes de trabajo e informes de gestión.
