How do you coach multiple stakeholders in an organization without causing conflicts of interest or confusion?

Once you have defined goals and fully understand the scope, scale and objectives for each engagement then and only then can you determine if there are indeed any conflicts of interest. Areas to watch out for: Similar stakeholders who may not be able to manage/mitigate biases as well as leaders or leaders being coached and the goals overlap in terms of success factors. Remember you are only one coach and it's paramount you set yourself up for success but not crossing lines of communication, confidentiality or coaching integrity.

Ideally you should be attending 1 supervision session per 15 hours coached.

Y/N 2- Is the matter to be spoken by me? Y/N 3- Does the matter need to be spoken by me ‘Now’? Y/N If response to either of the three is N, keep your mouth shut??
