Cross pollinating each others different channels can be a great way to create more thought leadership. Also don’t be shy about learning from each other and use what works even if you didn’t discover it first. I’ve been in this content game for more than ten years and have almost 750 blog posts on LinkedIn to my name. A good number of those are interviews with other thought leaders.

Ahh. This is crucial. For creating any sort of content consistency is the key. By consistency, I don’t mean posting every day. Being able to discuss, research , learn about the specific topic every day. Thought leaders come with less time. It’s important that thought leaders write themselves rather than an intern. We are blessed with Ai tools and our expertise to make our lives easier. Taking newsletter as a medium to communicate makes it authentic, gives more time to research and also the frequency doesn’t hurt. Until then, snippets of info can be shared every now and then on LinkedIn or any social platform we are active on. I believe it only takes one content to make reach multitudes of ppl not because of posting every day
