Most people focus on metrics like: -how many calls they make -how long they spend prospecting -how many appointments they go for What’s missing is measuring their sales skills. For example for a sale to be made, these factors need to be present : - professional trust : I trust you can help me solve my problem - Awareness of a problem & understanding the consequences of not solving it. - personal trust : like ability of the sales person ( depending on the type of sales your in too. If you’re selling something that’s a one time off this might not matter as much. But if you’re going to have to service a client long term like insurance. Like ability matters ) When you measure your skills, your closing ratio goes up :)
