I personally believe that sustainability is a concept created to finance investment and return profit, the hotel are the worst for sustainability, imagine the amount of food they bin every day and without thinking the papers, the lights kept on during night only because few people can go there and cameras needs lights, and the list is long as I'm certainly you know best. Any way is great marketing tool to be updated with the trend. Believe me the hearth is not going no where so instead to save the planet let's save ourself first.

I developed the first sustainable restaurant in Dubai and won a few awards with that, along with the company recognition; everybody was happy except the environment. Sustainability is a credo, you need to strong believe because the variable you need to consider are endless. Till we have a long haul supply chain there will no be sustainability.
