Las habilidades técnicas que un consultor pueda tener dada su formación académica mas su experiencia profesional, son en mi opinión la base de todo consultor (pero es casi inhumano que alguien pueda abarcar de manera eficiente todas las aristas que esta nueva era de TI) aunque lo que si hará destacar a un gran consultor, es la posibilidad de entender el no tiene que saber todo al detalle pero si conocer quién es el referente para cada área y cómo contactarlo (ser honesto es primordial) Siguiendo un proceso propio de ardua tarea de relevamiento y entendiendo de la necesidad, lo que lleva en función de este, armar un plan real de acción, teniendo la suficiente habilidad para ejecutarlo hasta conseguir los óptimos resultados esperados.
