I believe that to become a scientist, basic requirement is an instinct to question What? Why? And How?. The complete process of searching answers to these questions along with reflecting ownself and growing together with nature and society is what makes a scientist. First step is to answer "What?": what is that you want to work on or choosing the field of work. The field one chooses is that one particular issue that arises from your core of mind and heart that you truly desired to exist, or happen or change. So the need of motivation or drive is necessary to work towards to be a scientist. When a scientist has the attitude of a surgeon in an operation theater, it is possible to select the field of work responsibly and ethically.

The challenges I mentioned earlier in the process of becoming a Scientist..now comes the beautiful aspects.. 1) gaining dignity and recognition after tireless nights hard work. 2) being able to celebrate own degree with paper publications in renewed journals with high impact factor which proves hard work really pays off. 3) if getting a PhD from the universities like UK, USA, Germany or Australia, value or weightage of degree gets automatically increased and it gets also high impact in students visas. 4) in abroad universities, chances of getting full scholarship or fully funded PhD is higher with a well built infrastructure labs environment and after PhD, chances of getting jobs in both Academia and Industry gets highly impacted.

Curiosity, wanting to know why something works as it works, wanting to discover something new, to do something like it had not been done before, and to have the desire to innovate are one of the key points, that anyone, who would like to become a scientist needs, since they will keep burning the flame in you and will keep those sparkles in you, that will make you constantly performing and doing the research, wanting to make new things, which would make everyones life better.
