As for HubSpot, Salesforce or any of the major CRM tools available, they are all good and all work the same in my view. CRM is like a baseball glove...it has a general purpose but also needs to be conformed to the way each Sales person likes to work. We should never lose sight of the fact that CRM is primarily a forecasting, reporting and compliance vehicle for the most part. The larger the IT sales opportunity, the less automation and streamlining can take place due to the complexity. Cloud-based platforms for sharing files should be combined with desktop tools. Know where everything is.
