In my experience, many people struggle to find the delicate balance between intuition and vision and validation of those thoughts and ideas because they are either not tracking meaningful outcomes and metrics or not reviewing and analyzing this data regularly. I agree, but I would caution leaders to be mindful of change management timelines and intensity levels. Specifically, when several major organizational processes are undergoing change, leaders will need to remain as clear, consistent, and structured with all other aspects of the organization. A strong leader will remain mindful of team stamina during times of change and can reduce chaos by establishing regular communication, detailed timelines, and clear roles.
