Toda DAO debe partir de un objetivo claro y conciso. Mi experiencia en DAOs apunta a que si los objetivos no son claros, pueden acabar en la dispersión de personas muy válidas que fácilmente se desvinculan del proyecto. Establecer KPIs resulta fundamental para conocer la correcto o incorrecta evolución del proyecto. En una DAO que aspire a adquirir un equipo de fútbol, el objetivo debería ser alcanzar una cifra mínoma para conseguir el objetivo, y los KPIs deberían estar relacionados con las aportaciones económicas recibidas, el valor del token o las posibles ofertas de venta recibidas. En una DAO cuya finalidad se ayudar en caso de desastres naturales, los KPIs pasan por las intervenciones realizadas o cantidad de ayuda prestada.

Desde mi experiencia, sobre las plataformas y canales, es interesante empezar por aquellos canales que puedan ser atendidos convenientemente y se puedan segmentar por temas o gremios. Telegram permite crear temas, por lo que vamos a poder tener siempre debates abiertos fácilmente. Dework, facilita mucho una visión más integradora del proyecto y la interacción entre los miembros más activos. LinkedIn es ideal a nivel pro. Discord es muy aceptada por un público joven, pero menos popular a medida que aumenta la edad, pero también puede segmentar la información y dispone de muchas utilidades.
