Make sure everyone knows not just what they’re doing, but why they’re doing it. Helps them see how their work fits into the big picture. Regular check-ins are a must too, not just for progress but to revisit the vision. Keep it fresh in everyone’s minds. It’s easy to get bogged down in the day-to-day and lose sight of the why. Reminders can really help. Overall, it’s about making sure everyone’s pulling in the same direction.

One of the most important steps towards validating your vision through goal-setting is learning to prioritize tasks and knowing when it is necessary to block out potential time traps which may be detrimental to progress. Additionally, procrastination should be avoided - create a plan for each day and stick to it; take small steps each day toward achieving the end goal. It's also helpful to delegate distractions by setting aside particular times to handle them, such as checking emails or social media notifications; this way, you can get on with more productive or essential tasks. I've found this to be extremely helpful in staying focused on tying my vision to the daily goals and objectives!
