How do you add creativity to your change management process?

1 Identify the problem

Before you can design a creative solution, you need to understand the problem you are trying to solve. What is the current situation, and what are the desired outcomes? Who are the stakeholders, and what are their needs and expectations? How do you measure the impact and value of the change? 2 Explore the possibilities

Once you have defined the problem, you can start brainstorming and generating ideas for possible solutions.
