In my experience this is definitely true. Increasing demand for diversity and representation is evident in how and which shows are networks green lighting currently. The “look” of our casting is changing and is here to stay. The content has to change as well and be more inclusive and diverse. That is yet to be seen, but hopefully it will come around this year and we will begin to see that change that is very much overdue.
