There are several ways to do that using physical variables but in the days of main frame computers, I also tried a trigonometric method to further randomise the hand fed Iseed value at the start. Take a random angle between 0-90 degrees, calculate the sine value to 16 decimal places select the 10 digits leaving 3 digits on either side of the decimal digits and use that Iseed to start the process.
