También se debe tener muy claro cual es la audiencia a la cual va dirigido el mensaje (puede ser de nicho o multitarget) y el lenguaje que es conveniente o necesario utilizar. Igualmente deseable es que cualquiera comunicado o statement sea revisado o elaborado en conjunto con personas del área jurídica para salvaguardar la legalidad e intereses de la organización/persona y no ocasionar un problema adicional.

People do not buy your content. They buy the story you narrate around it. Stories make people understand what you want to convey. You need to convey your USP (Unique selling point), and value proposition to the target audience in a very engaging way. Whenever you are writing, answer the below questions to yourself before you decide the take it live. Why should your audience even care about what you write? What is the value you give them? How is yours better than the other existing in the market? How are you making their lives easy? Have a hook, main point and a CTA (call to action) as the AI says.

So take a few minutes to think about: - Who you're writing for? - What is the message you want them to take away? - What are the points you want to make to build that message - Is there a call to action? Once you have these right in your head, it's a matter of putting pen to paper and creating that blog, or writeup or copy. That is not the end of it though. This can even be done by chat gpt. Now starts the painstaking process of making it as close to perfect as you can. Adding that one word, bringing in that interesting turn of phrase, and hardest of all, removing those extraneous words and making it crisp and readable.

Don’t forget to add a quote from the founder or the spokesperson to add more weight and highlight a certain point in the PR. It works wonders! ????

In my classes I tell my students they need to be able to write a message that can be tailored to different formats. Take a press release and create a social media post, and so on. This is important because not everyone follows an organization on every platform or visits its website (at all or on a regular basis) so you have to work to find different ways to share a message so more eyes see it.
