It can be super hard to just define your personal brand as your just starting out to build your online presence. So I would recommend you to just go with some broader brand term like "SEO Consultant" or "SEO Specialist" rather than just saying that you offer SEO services for EEAT or Content Optmisation. Because there are already some experts online who literally own these sub nicehs like Lily Ray as EEAT Expert. So start with something broad as a definition of your personal brand and over time try to niche down if that's what you want to do.

A huge mistake I see people make on Twitter, Linkedin, and other social media platforms is post: - questions - attempts to go viral - pointless posts The entire point of a personal brand is to share value and get recognized as an authority in a field. I've got 80 followers on Twitter and 1600 on Linkedin. I get around 2-4 leads every week or two that want to learn more about me and my services. It just shows that connecting with people and talking to professionals is way more important than going viral.

To be honest, I spend most of my time on X (Twitter) and I see a lot of really basic not so useful content at all. Many posts about some basic things being re phrased, if you want to establish your personal brand then don't do this. Rather share information in context of what your doing day to day for your clients. Like posting about EEAT and just saying that you should have author box on blog content pages is not valuable at all. But if your saying same thing but in context of your own client then it would be more impactful. Like say "I implemented author boxes for content pages of my client and then this happenned .......... " also add a screenshot of Search Console showing clicks/performance went up.

Attend in-person events if you can and online ones are also great but I prefer in-person ones because meeting someone in person and shaking hands with them leads to an actual face to face connection. Personally almost every month, I try to go to SEO Collective get together here in Melbourne and have made a lot of connections from there. Also X (Twitter) is useful to build online connections with SEO experts who are from US or UK (PS - I'm based in Melbourne, Australia)
