It is grounded in co-creation and puts the customer at the center of every decision taken. In order to do this, it uses agile practices such as design thinking. In combination with the agile practices, DevOps practices help sustain the value release of any product or service. Value is delivered at any time to meet customer and market demand. The iterative development results in an Agile product delivery that enhances business agility.

I completely agree. In Agile, retrospective format plays a very important to understand and reflect on your achievements, improvements and shortcomings and you can always inspect and adapt. Similarly in our professional and personal life, it is important to incorporate reflect and adapt thought process and journal and learn from our mistakes, what motivated us, what made us unhappy, what challenges us, what are our improvement areas and what steps we need to take to course correct. While we introspect lets not forget to celebrate the wins big or small as that keeps individuals motivated. The cycle of continuous learning, open to feedback from others and acting upon those feedback will make us better.

The number one agile approach I have found in my progress, is to firstly learn the things you're interested in (so the skills are likely to match interesting jobs), secondly to get breadth of knowledge, understanding an experience, so that for any opportunity that comes up you're likely to have at least some relevant skills. Thirdly, when a good opportunity comes up, take it; do not think that it's not on your plan. I've come far further in my career and by a far more interesting route; by taking (and by being ready to take) the opportunities that arose, than I would ever have achieved by following a career plan. Don't just "use the mindset"; BE agile.

Agile can improve your professional AND personal growth. As a parent, I have seen how an agile mindset is important. By quickly setting goals, tasks and objectives, my family can understand what we are accomplishing. If we don't have time or my children don't agree 'RIGHT NOW', then we can iterate and retry next time.
