How can you use writing skills to excel in a Business Innovation career?

A critical part of innovation is getting to an insight and writing it in a way that inspires solution finding. Many pp think innovation starts with a clever idea, but it actually starts with an insight or a problem that is reframed and causes that “a-ha moment!” Writing an insight in a way that gets the solution designer to that “a-ha” or to really empathize with the user’s pain (enough to want to solve the problem) will make people love you!

Writing can help you research and identify the nagging problems which vex people commonly, and articulate them effectively in public forums. This effort will then switch gears into identifying innovative solutions for these problems. Writing can put you in the network of other business writers and authors, who constantly research and share latest updates, so identifying solutions to pesky daily problems is easy from that position. Although not in one swing of an effort, with multiple levers leveraged to innovative solutions, business Innovation can be achieved. Fundamentally writing is a productive skill, in order to produce, one needs to consume reading as input. Better questions will invariably lead to better answers!
