The feedback does not stop once the product is released. Ongoing feedback loops for learners and admins are critical for ongoing improvements. Having dedicated staff to implement and act on feedback is also critical for success as defined by the end users.

This is a crucial step. I always like to include some sort of evaluation at the end of my learning products. I want to know a) Did the learner meet the objectives by demonstrating their knowledge of the content, and b) how did the learner enjoy the experience? Both are important as I move ahead with future learning products, especially if I'm working with the same learners. A low rate of understanding might lead me to creating a job aid that compliments the course, or I might include a thorough review in the following lesson or course.

User experience focus may be a leading strategy in a course authoring process because promotes a learner centered approach using different techniques, those are also commonly used in others research methodologies. To make a complete research for course authoring it's important to also research from authorized content sources, experts, previous experiences (in/out) and build a theory corpus to support the entire course. In my opinion, UX and also the concep of universal design for learning, are strong because are learner centered but must be supported by learning theories and methodologies because the learning experience must be easy-going an also may produce cognitive disruptions from the learning outcomes.
