How can you use user feedback to improve agile development cycles?

A real scenario that I was hired for, as an agile consultant to guide. It was about revamping the employee engagement company portal which hasn't been updated from more than a decade. We decided to use the sharepoint to revamp the entire experience. Apart from sharepoint developers, we have had HR head as the Product Owner. Persona mapping was done to identify 3 diff. sets of employees. If I recall, it was about New-joiners, Engaging & Task-oriented personas. Extensive interviews have been done to understand the app focus & what do we need to do to elevate employee engagement. We identified representatives from all the 3 personas to participate with us in our sprint review & must say, the user feedback were gold & caused huge success.

The truth is, a design is never finished! There are always 1,000 ways to respond to a problem. To achieve a memorable experience, it's important to make choices, otherwise you'll get lost in endless exploration. To make the right choices, it's essential to carry out user tests as early and as often as possible, using prototypes for example. In this way, the main frictions in the experience can be highlighted and quickly improved.

Navigate tradeoffs: AI helps balance profit margins and market share, understand hidden drivers of demand, and resolve operational or strategic tradeoffs. Enhance organizational alignment: AI reveals links between KPIs, ensuring alignment around enterprise goals. And don't leave out the Painboard: An AI tool that simplifies tracking and analyzing customer feedback to uncover pain points.

I don't get these question. If we execute the whole SDLC for feedback but do not take feedback during the agile lifecycle, aren't we building a ticking time bomb? This is precisely what we should avoid. ?? Am starting to wonder whether GenAI is worth all the effort?! Are these questions being curated at all LinkedIn!?? Not sure if I understood this question right... but here goes. The SDLC for feedback isn't the problem, the question is where in the SDLC are you going to squeeze in the periodic feedback cycle. Ideally once every 3 sprints is a good time period to get end user feedback. Recycle the observations back into the backlog after triage. Good luck with inserting this into the project plan! ??
