Therefore, every leader can utilize the benefits of using takt as a foundational principle around organizational and self government. The nature of rhythm is that each cycle comes to a beginning and end, leading to an understanding of supply and demand. Yet, the demand is not only tangible. There are intangible demands placed on leaders that require adequate supply. Takt, being driven off of demand, is the rhythmic spark that moves leaders toward value. However, reproducing or producing value is strictly based on demand. Do not put the cart before the horse.

You should set up your flow and step out of flow when appropriate to evaluate your progress. After your analysis of the prior period, you have not accomplished your takt for the fulfillment of demand, analyzation is required.

Leadership development is a broad term, but if you can not sufficiently lead yourself, you will miss the mark when leading others. The universe flows with infinite continuums of thought, requiring your innermost understanding behind goal setting and personal development. I use a couple of mnemonic tools for establishing goals and setting routines. GAMEON - an acronym standing for Gratitudes, Affirmations, Meditation, Evaluation, Objectives, and Execution. This is a structured approach to the morning routine. Just like a machine can be programmed, the mind can also. EARN means eye-catching, appealing, removing resistance, and enriching. Make your habit formation a slave to these components. GOAL means get out and live. Set proper goals.

Every physical construct has its roots in a metaphysical or spiritual basis. The exterior of a concept has a primordial foundation underneath it. The substance behind takt is rhythm. At its foundation, all things' cyclical and circular nature present a more profound basis for dissecting why and how humans do what we do. This is genuinely an evaluation of the root cause of production. I challenge leaders to refrain from appropriately directing or delegating by first understanding the nature of the demand to meet it directly with the appropriate supply. Otherwise, the team or the individual may be involved in movement but not progress. There is a stark difference between the two.
