Transform the data to information is the key for making decision. My experience say that is important the combination of the data has to follow realistic criteria. Most the time, when the decision maker create their own excel to combine the information according the own criteria, is kind of blind view. Is quite important try to follow standards, or market rules, or ask to other fore their view before make any desicion.

- Be as much simple that you can. - No more that 5 slides. Optimize and focus on the whats is important for all the attendands, don't think about you or you area only. - Graph must be understable. You previous work will help you later on when everybody understand. - Don't think that the software "say the true", doesn't means no trust, means humman been criteria is the key of success.
