Establish that you actually know who they are what they are about and that you aren't a random VA reaching out to many people. Then make your proposal and be enthusiastic. Give a flavor of what it will be like to work with you!

Be cautious however of having a social media platform - LinkedIn for example - where the majority of your connections are coaches. Maintaining connections with your core coach network is important, but it’s equally important to build a network of potential clients.
Prepare a bio that speaks about your experience, background and coaching offer and your expectations for the connection with other coaches. Identifying the goals facilitate the connection and foster strategic collaboration. I used Facebook groups to find peer coaching support. It was an amazing experience.
