Through reflection, you would be able to better yourself especially if you receive feedback from others. This is so that you wouldn't repeat your mistakes. As a teacher, you have to reflect on the way you teach and how it affects your students. This is so that you would know whether your method of teaching is good for the students or not.

According to me, reflection is like taking a step back and looking at your teaching journey with a magnifying glass. It's all about taking a good, hard look at what you're doing, what you believe in, and how it's all playing out in the grand scheme of things – especially in relation to your teaching goals and what your students need. When you reflect, you're basically figuring out what's hitting the mark, what's falling a bit short, and what tweaks you can make to up your teaching game and help your students learn better. You can do this on your own, just chilling with your thoughts, or you can team up with other teachers and bounce ideas off each other.

Such information can be very beneficial to overall teaching experience, both in the short and long term. We all dream of a lively classroom where students actively contribute to the class.

When serving as a guest lecturer as an SME, you have to tailor your context to the audience's level of understanding, share real-world examples and encourage questions and, of course, discussion.

After you have demonstrated, taught through given examples and learners had been given tasks to work out,then as a teacher, you have marked the learners tasks and you have their results.You need now to closely look at each learner's weakness/strength to help each learner to work extra hard or give help to the less gifted so as in the next given exercises they perform better
