I can't stress this enough here - not having enough crossover talent or skill will be a major risk. Redundancy, redundancy, redundancy! Many times, simply talking to your people you might find some who're interested in expanding skills. There's nearly always (never deal in absolutes) someone that will have an interest or at least see the importance of building in a failsafe. This culminates when the program is underway - and be sure to always watch scope creep and utilization - but starts with hiring! Earmark Jack-of-all-trades, people who are successful in many different aptitudes, even if some seem not needed at first. Then always ask your people what they like, and what they want to learn! You might already have the answer on staff.

Empoderar al equipo significa darle tareas en las que inicialmente puedan tener un éxito asegurado por su propia cuenta. Esto fortalecerá su "racha" y seguirán buscando éxitos por su cuenta. ?Qué significa tener un éxito asegurado? Asignarles tareas donde sabes que ellos destacan, que ellos pueden brillar y que pueden caminar solos. Tenemos la tendencia a poner retos a nuestra gente para que crezcan y eso esta bien, aunque no puede ser las primeras actividades que realicen, sino su confianza se vera mermada y pensaran que no son merecedores de confianza cuando los dejas caminar solos.

Uma sugest?o seria utilizar a EAP do Projeto para come?ar. Após a identifica??o do risco, procede-se com a descri??o, a classifica??o em categorias, subcategorias, e a análise propriamente dita. O conteúdo da análise inclui a identifica??o das prováveis causas dos riscos, seus impactos no projeto e quais a??es seriam requeridas para a redu??o ou elimina??o do risco identificado. A Matriz de Riscos, organizada em forma de um quadro ou planilha, deve ser continuamente monitorada e atualizada conforme o desenvolvimento do projeto.

La primera actividad que uno debe realizar para fomentar la innovación, es dar carta libre al error. Todos nos equivocamos y la única diferencia de empresa a empresa es quien lo oculta más. El hecho de poner metas retadoras es el segundo paso, no vale equivocarse con metas mediocres. Para mejorar la colaboración, siempre es lo mejor poner metas conjuntas, estas nos permiten esforzarnos mutuamente por lograr un objetivo tanto en nuestras respectivas areas como en las de los demas. Ojo con esto, que el seguimiento igual tiene que ser por cada responsabilidad para que no haya alguien que se aproveche.

Predicar con el ejemplo no es algo fácil, por el mismo motivo que las actividades que realizas como líder comparadas con la del equipo pueden llegar a ser muy diferentes. Es por esto que debes enfocarte en guiar con el Norte, orientar adonde deben ir, siempre comunicar porque se hacen las cosas y explicar cuando es el fondo de lo que realiza. Tener este alineamiento y reforzarlo constantemente, a veces creemos que una vez basta, servirá para que la gente entienda y vea que seguimos siendo consecuentes una y otra vez.
