It is important to rember that we are moving towards a low code, no code world. We are moving into a space where virtual agents may end up replacing or enhancing the capability of chatbots. Microsoft has created a product, referred to as Microsoft Virtual Agents, which streamlines the development process and has AI capability to understand and categorise inputs and outputs. In some cases, this might out perform some of the heavily coded solutions mentioned above.
