An example I have seen play out in product management is conducting a user-focused study, from which you can understand the real pain of the user of your product. So as I move ahead to improve this particular product, I prioritise with the user pain point I discovered, and not what I feel is important. I may proceed again to test the solution with my users and provide them with an easy guide to educate, inform and support their new user journey. Remember, the whole aim of our product is about our users. Hence at all times, our research and development must be laser-focused on mitigating the pain of our end user.

I think this article is pretty well presented, however I'd be very careful with its scheme as it seems a little bit chaotic. In order to get results to present to your superiors, it's crucial to check diverse hypothesis before you start your primary research. A series of hypothesis followed by analysis that lead to tangible results is a great simulation to your primary research as you'll be certain not to fall in the caveats that lead nowhere... At this point armed with data and verified knowledge, you can start implementing your primary research process while avoiding empty data & maximizing the efficiency of your target, which leads to effective results that will help you achieve your goal and be successful in your primary research.

There are many ways to be applied including:Firstly,Define the problem wanted to be solve by giving a deep understanding of the context,the stakeholders,the needs,and the gaps in the existing or solution.
