How can you use polls to make group discussions more effective?

In practice, using pre-session polls transforms how I lead workshops and meetings. Before each session, I send out a few strategic poll questions, aiming to understand the diverse crowd I'll be engaging with. This approach is like unlocking a cheat code; it reveals the group's knowledge gaps, interests, and concerns, allowing me to tailor the content perfectly.
