My experience is that IT security has to be a must-have factor in every digitalization initiative, including process analysis and improvement proposal. Consider where and how the tool stores your data for process mining or AI decision-making. If you must implement a new solution to enhance a business process, never forget to do an IT security assessment and impact analysis.
