A good story takes time to weave/create and you should expect multiple revisions before the optimal story defined. You may well need multiple versions of the story , to make it appropriate for different users.

With story defined, you can create a list of checks on users knowledge. Evaluate the IA approaches to knowledge transfer for the different users groups. To increase the scale of testing use automated systems to group users and to perform testing. This will significantly speed iterations.
