Acredito na afirma??o que diz que "os processos devem ser adotados de acordo com o ambiente organizacional" e n?o o contrário, por isso a importancia do Assessment. Fazer o que é certo, de acordo com a vis?o de capacidade x necessidades das partes interessadas decorrente de uma avalia??o isenta e holística n?o é burocracia, mas fazer aquilo baseado em "achismos ou modismos" resultará em esfor?o desnecessário e sim, trará um peso processual para a organiza??o. "Pensamento Lean como direcionador estratégico".

More and more we are seeing the combination or hybrid approaches being used in both maturity models and methodologies. No longer does one size fit all as business units within an organisation have different ways of working. It’s important to acknowledge that no matter what you choose your maturity journey may never need to upper limit of those models that is 3.5 out of 5 may be just perfect for your organisation.
