Most of the People think feedback it to corner us and make us down, even I was in a same situation where I was very fear to go for feedback meeting with my lead. But it is not like that it is totally different where it is to make us more strong and make us more aligned to the things we are doing.

When providing feedback, especially constructive criticism, I have found the sandwich method to be helpful: sandwich a negative in between two positive slices of bread. Positive comment, negative comment, positive comment. --- When doing this, it forces me to focus on / find some way to encourage the individual(s) I'm speaking with.
