Referrals and testimonials are very important for any organisation as they help in building brand value within candidate market. Before working on referrals and testimonial project, process owners must put efforts in ensuring employees have bought into culture and values of the organisation, once this step is closed, efforts or program can be choosen to work on individual track and get responses. Companies must be selective on putting efforts on these tracks, too much of effort might send wrong message to the audience.
