Be clear about why you want things to be interactive. Is it interactive for fun, or for a message? because just fun isn't enough, in my view. I watch a hundred events a year, and I can tell you: when interactivity is just a box you check, no matter how cool it is, it's an expensive moment no one will remember. Tie the drone to some message that underpins the event: the growth in our team members; the joy of the kids-bike-building-community-giveback activity, something of a scale (or intimacy) that a drone uniquely can deliver. You're wasting time and our goodwill and attention if you just use a drone for the sake of a cool toy and checking the interactivity box.
