En base a mi experiencia y tratándose del ambiente de una oficina, se necesita incluir a todas las personas en la definición de esos objetivos. En este sentido, es necesario encontrar algo en común donde todas las personas puedan participar, como por ejemplo, el uso de papel de oficina. A partir de ahí se deben fijar los objetivos y metas, las acciones, los roles (que no necesariamente deben ajustarse a la jerarquía del organigrama) y los indicadores que puedan ayudar en el seguimiento. A su vez, los datos recopilados deberían ser abiertos, democratizados y comunicados, para asegurar el compromiso con los objetivos y con las acciones de mejora que se puedan tomar.
