Educating and qualifying look similar but actually not, qualification is just to earn certificate for eligibility for any jobs or projects , but education is a continuous , it wont stop with even after settling in any job.Education needs updation of basic knowledge of the subject or area of focus by both the learner and teacher.

Continuing education matters because not only does it show a passion for life-long learning, but it also keeps the mind sharp, and it provides a competitive edge. Industries are rapidly changing due to technological capabilities, so continuing education allows one to refresh their skills and knowledge and not become obsoleted by a younger generation coming out of college or recently taking the learning opportunities. Continuing education doesn't have to be just college and comes in a variety of mediums. It can be completing certifications, attending conferences, reading journals, or even individual research on a topic of interest.

Not just for job interviews...Can be a pure passion for learning and knowledge sharing...as the job interviews are based on specific skill sets, which might not need all of the things we learn...but we do understand that in the long run, it'll give you credibility and respect...which might be sort of helpful if a hop is needed...But, yet one has to go through the conventional application and interviews...despite everything...as in today's world, nobody is indispensable...which is absolutely true...of course...

Once you have completed or enrolled in some continuing education programs, you need to make sure to include them on your resume to draw the attention of recruiters and hiring managers. To do this, create a dedicated section on your resume titled "Continuing Education", "Professional Development", or "Additional Training".
