With the advancement of technology, these apps for conferences are out of this world with being able to see who is going to be in attendance and can highlight whom you want to make sure you make contact with IRL, you can join subgroups from within those that are going to be in attendance for happy hours or meetups. Its all very easy these days with planning ahead of the conference, emailing people in advance to confirm that they are coming, and getting on their schedule even before the conference begins. So many great tools and ways to make the conference count.
