How can you use AI to analyze and visualize learning data and analytics?

There is a famous saying that "What gets measured, gets managed". If you don't visualize the data before modeling, it can be hard to unfold all the patterns that exist in the data. Always try to create informative and visually appealing data visualizations to communicate your findings effectively. Dashboards should be user-friendly and customizable, allowing users to drill down into specific data points or filter information based on various criteria.

Where there is Data, Application of AI should be must to be in race with others. Only thing is that how best we can use it to get the things we require. I tried these Techniques in my Engineering applications and the results received is very promising.

Artificial Intelligence, particularly tools like ChatGPT and its plug-ins such as Notability, play a pivotal role in advancing the field of data science. I once cleaned a data set that had labeled the same object over 20 times. From the model perspective these were 20+ unique occurrences of the object. This kind of mistake can lead to false confidence in the quality of the model. It wasn't until the labels were visualized and reviewed that this was discovered and corrected. It was disheartening to know that so much labeling effort was redundant, but the end result was a better model that wasn't overtrained for that object.

Within the process of creating dashboards, tasks such as: - ETL pipeline establishment - Maintainability for up-to-date data - Structural similarity amongst various reports - Regular Notification System Data Warehousing and Ai tools can take care of automating these steps, leaving us room for understanding business context, meta data of the dataset, validating quality metrics of the data and verifying the accuracy of displayed metrics. (Although Ai tools can add value to determining data quality as well).
