Confidence can be ruled out from the feedback as it is mostly perspective feedback and not constructive. Confidence comes when you try things or participate in activities which are outside your normal working zones. How to challenge limiting belief this needs clarity as people even don't know if they have limiting belief, they see them as beliefs.

Challenge is the third element of the 4C model, referring to a realistic and constructive approach to difficulties and uncertainties in your work environment. To manage challenge, you need to identify and analyze the sources and impacts of challenge, evaluate and prioritize options and solutions, set and communicate clear goals and actions, implement and monitor your plan and progress, adapt and adjust as needed, and review and learn from your results and feedback. Following these steps can help you cope with stress, change, and conflict.

I am not convinced with the approach as change is not well explained here. The approach used here is more strategic and bundled possibilities at a high level which needed to be explained how these are connected with change. I don't see use of change in the article. Change is an opportunity not a liability. Change brings new perspectives, new thinking, new dimension, option for correction and improvement, opportunity for growth, learning and development, bring confidence, flexibility and adaptability etc. Anyway this is my perspective.

The 4 C model in career development is an excellent approach , perhaps, I believe adapting this model well in advance in careers is very essential. This will enable us to predict and forecast the career path that is feasible in our ever changing situations. Most of the time, people consider to explore other job options in a desperate situation of job loss, fatigue, injuries etc.. causing inaccuracies in making decisions. By knowing ones strengths and weakness , exploring opportunities, based on the extended scope of the skills on hand , upgrading the skills as required well in advance, networking effectively and not shying away for the change will be key to success. Certainly career development is a process and should start early.
