Learning is a lifelong process. You will have good days, and bad. Successes and failures; from small oopsies to pack up your desk moments. Life marches on. Each day a new chance to take responsibility for your actions. Make a 'F**k Up' list. Keep a note of when things go wrong. Instead of hiding and accumulating shame, air your misdemeanours. Reflect on what lead to those decisions, and what learnings were made as a result. If bridges need to be mended, take action. If processes or procedures need to be introduced, make it happen. Re-read regularly. And if none of this resonates now, know things are good in your world. But one day when things may change, refer back to your list.

I learn from mistakes, get feedback, and try new ways for the next projects. I use challenges to grow and become better in advertising, so I'm ready for success.

Setbacks can offer the best chance to get creative. I believe the tighter the box in many cases, the better opportunity for a creative solution to appear that blows everything away.
