Many a times users want to get rewarded of the training they undergo. Would it work out if the training is actually resulting from the data take on and initial data entry? While it may sound unconventional, the "virtual" aspect of training leaves behind a low motivation amongst users who ahve to continue their daily work regardless. It could also be worthwhile to involve the data migration from environment of training to production for such efforts put in by users so they know that the training is not just going to waste. Of course, the underlying system being trained upon should support this.
