1 Define your criteria

Qualitative data is descriptive and can be observed and interpreted using tools like surveys, interviews, or focus groups. Look for patterns, trends, outliers, and anomalies in your data to evaluate the durability of your technology, then compare it with your criteria to see if you have met or exceeded them.
