How can you talk about your video game experience in a job interview?

Working both independently and as a team to create the best outcomes for each assignment. In gamer term: playing a game to complete a task, assignment or level. Learning each time the game ends or needs to be saved. Embracing the add-ons and updates to the game. Focusing on the level or obstacles in the game until completion and collaborative play with other to complete task as quickly as possible

If you are a true gamer, who likes games like Dark Souls series - it can be both an advantage and a disadvantage during the interview. Advantage - you will overcome any problems/issues that will arise with job tasks, disadvantage - you will not be a social butterfly and you will spend all your free time playing video games. For most "normies" gamers usually means "nerds"/"peope with no life"/"escapists" who are not interested in socializing, outside of their circle of gaming interests and that is true in most cases. Mentioning gaming might not help you get a good job, especially in companies where a lot of socializing and taking part in "team building events" is required.

Be passionate. You have to show your interviewers that you're passionate about video games. In a way, it also shows your panel how much passion and dedication you can give to your job if they hire you.
