Being surrounded by other making cold calls along with you makes it easier to break through the procrastination and inertia. Also helpful is to create some sort of contest, like seeing who can make the most calls or set the most meetings in a day. Anything to create a collaborative environment between teammates instead of selfish and suspicious competition.
