This is one of the most important aspects of any EdTech project implementation. Specifically the end user, if stakeholder feedback is not considered in designing, it will lead to a poorly implemented system or a system that does not meet everyone's needs, thus hindering adoption. At the same time if you don't communicate a project appropriately people won't be aware of its benefits impacts or uses leading to poor adoption! Keep communication simple, provide enough guides and hold training sessions if necessary !
