Working in EdTech involves a wide array of skills. Analysis to identify key objectives, Creativity in our presentations, strategic thinking in our curriculum design, and social context in all that we do. Personally, I have learned to manage my creativity and deep thinking as much as I do my time and energy. I prefer to do deeper creative work early in the day. This allows me to work with a fresh mind when I am most likely to have unique ideas on how to approach a certain topic. For anything that involves video editing or extensive screenwork, I aim to have this completed in the afternoons otherwise I've learned that this detailed computer work can disrupt my sleep if done too close to the end of day. Lastly, I save tasks to wrap the day!

Working in edtech can also be isolating and challenging, especially if you work remotely or independently. Therefore, you should seek feedback and support from others who share your interests and goals, and who can offer you advice, guidance, or encouragement.
