How do you keep your infrastructure (server, notebook, cctv, internet and so on) operate 24/7? What tools can you use to monitor them? Now if you already know your aim and goal, you can start googling or ask AI nowdays. You can also start by looking for Gartner Magic Quadrant and you may see the list of vendor in particular area.
